About

Product, platform, and operating work tied directly to business outcomes.

I’ve spent the last ~18 years building product, platform, and revenue systems across Microsoft, high-growth SaaS companies, and real-world businesses. My work spans 0→1 product development, platform transformations, and operating systems that connect product, engineering, data, and business execution.

My work sits at the intersection of product, customer behavior, and monetization. I don’t just build features or manage roadmaps. I design systems that explain what drives outcomes, connect those insights to product decisions, and translate them into measurable impact across growth, retention, and revenue.

At Design Pickle, I helped transform a services business into a platform-led model, driving 40%+ growth, increasing engagement to 85%+, and reducing operating costs by more than 50%. At Microsoft, I built marketplace, customer intelligence, and experimentation systems that reduced partner onboarding from months to under a week and influenced $27M+ in revenue.

I’ve also built, operated, and exited a top-performing business, which shapes how I design systems that actually hold up in production, not just in theory.

Career Arc

From developer and tester to product, platform, and operator-level work.

I started hands-on in development and testing, then moved into product, platform, and operating roles across Microsoft, SaaS, and real-world businesses. That range is why I’m most effective at the seams between strategy, systems, and execution.

Now

Building, exploring, and choosing what’s next.

Right now that includes Blindspot, new product bets, and time with my family. I’m focused on where to apply my experience next in a way that compounds in the work and outside of it.

How I Operate

A few principles that show up repeatedly.

Principle

Fixed time, variable scope

I constrain time and force tradeoffs so teams deliver real outcomes instead of chasing completeness.

Principle

Earned autonomy

I give autonomy based on judgment and results, not title, so teams scale without losing accountability.

Principle

Systems over theater

I remove process that looks good and focus on systems that actually improve execution.

Principle

Influence without authority

I align teams through clarity and context, not org charts, so work moves even without direct control.

Principle

Swim in ambiguity

I move forward with imperfect information, make assumptions explicit, and adjust based on signal.

Principle

Strategy through execution

I validate strategy through real work, not slides, so direction improves as execution unfolds.
